Billing: Every time a user is charged for a subscription service, an SMS must be sent to the user. This SMS shall contain information about the service and charged amount.

Reminder: See 3.4.4 of the Morgan Code of Conduct:

Once per month alternatively when 200 SEK accumulated spent, whichever comes first, an informational SMS shall be sent to the user. This SMS shall contain exactly the following:

Du har en pågående prenumeration på [service]. Den kostar xx kr per [time period or SMS]. Skicka STOPP till 72xxx för att avsluta. Kundtjänst: {helpline number}. [service provider].

Stop: STOPP – When a message with the word STOPP is sent to the service provider’s account it shall immediately stop all on-going services on the actual account. When a subscription service is stopped, the user shall receive a confirmation message informing of this.

STOPP shall in all marketing be spelled in Swedish, but STOP shall
also be supported. Instructions for the general STOPP service shall be clearly
presented in all marketing of services.

Spend Limits

Maximum Transactional Value: 500 SEK

Subscriptions Limit: 1200 SEK   Once a month, alternatively at every charged 200SEK (whichever comes first) an informal SMS shall be sent to the user. Every time a user is charged for a subscription service you have to send a SMS. This should contain information about the service and the charged amount.

Daily Billing Limit: 1000 SEK

Weekly Billing Limit: No limit

Monthly Billing Limit: 3000 SEK for Telenor per subscriber, 1500 SEK for Tele2

Notes: Telenor - When a subscriber reaches the limit he will be notified with an sms;
